Board of Directors Meeting Minutes

July 11, 2012

In attendance: Joe Meyer, Maureen Pettis, Armand Fournier, Mark Heppner, Linda Bufano, Virginia Scattergood, Larry Velte

Meeting called to order at 7:34. 

Approval of June Meeting Minutes: Larry moved to approve the June minutes, Joe seconded.  Approved 7-0.

Annual Meeting Minutes: Final adjustments were made; Linda motioned to approve, Mark seconded.  Approved 7-0. 

Treasurer’s Report: The board was informed that the current checking account balance as of June 30, 2012 is $2,506.36; the savings account is at $6,609.27; there are 2 general fund CD’s in the amount of $5,233.18 each, and the reserve CD is $13,434.77 bringing the grand total to: $33,016.76.

The CD’s are about to mature; Mark will call the bank regarding their rates and ask about rolling over the existing CD’s.

The names of the individuals authorized to have access to the bank accounts was updated, and checks were ordered.  Armand reported that the Corporate Registration was paid and the officers were updated.

Assessment: Last year’s assessments were already out by this time so Mark will remind Rod to send the assessment letters without references to electronic sign-ups or payments. 

Encroachment & Adverse Possession: Encroachment letters will be sent to the Board for review. The plat for the Allenby Road property was reviewed in accordance with the note on the HOA packet; the shed in question is within the owner’s property lines and no encroachment exists. 

Letter to Supervisor Cook regarding Robinson lights: Armand sent a copy of the correspondence to/from Cook’s office to the HOA member that had raised the concerns regarding the lights. 

Robinson Room Reservation:  Due to “Back to School Night”, the September meeting will be moved to Tuesday, 9/11 at 7:30pm.

Hearing no new business, Larry motioned to adjourn; Maureen seconded. Concluded at 7:55 p.m.
